getting it off my chest and out of my mind.

Okay, so i keep having these re-occoring nightmares that my puppy gets taken away from me because of some really retarded nosey ppl-
Last week (or was it 2 weeks ago- dunno) Tony and i were running errands and we brought our 1 1/2 yr old dog w us because we had to go buy dog food and usually take him when were going to pet stores- anywho one of our stops was to get something at wal-mart. Tony went inside and did the shopping while i waited in the car w buddy. 5 minutes into it, tony calls me asking for help finding something and so i rolled down the windows and bolted inside. as soon as i reached the area- the speaker came on that a voltswagon beetle -my licence plate number- needed me. droping everything, i ran outside to see three people gathered around my car with my very vocal dog barking his head off. i tried to explain that his breed is vocal and i had only been gone a minute and they interrupt me telling me how horribal i am for leaving my dog in a car, and that it is illegal to leave a dog in the car during the summer in Az- total duah. they then were procedding to lecure me about how i didnt roll my windows down enough (ya know, because its not like a dog can escape through 10 inch cracks or anything. apperently 2 1/2 inches isnt enough )but i just ignored them and got in on the passenger side then locked the door behind me. my windows still down, the lady on the phone with walmart called me some names that i shouldnt mention and saying bad things about me, i turn up the radio to drown her out, ignore the glares of her and the other two ppl w her, and think- its NOT summer and why do you care? i was with the dang dog the whole 5 minutes we were here earlier- its not like its hot- im an animal activast too- ya know, thoughts like that. I know that some ppl really do need to be told that- but seriousely. i love my dog and he is spoiled as heck. he also is the most vocal pup youll ever meet. i just cant beleive how nosey people are. i mean if They really cared, they would have waited by my car until i returned w/o calling me over a PA; and if it was over 10 minutes, then they could lecture me; but like wal-mart employees were all over the place- i was even waved to by the cart guy- so its not like no one knew i wasnt with the dog. and hes a DOG for crying out loud¬ a DOG! since when does he have the same rights as a human child- i would be horrible if it was a human child or a baby-but a dang dog? and its not even summer! dang hippies >:O --my proof.
